This past month we focused on **[Tony A. Fluhr, SIOR, CCIM,](http://www.sior.com/viewprofile?PersonID=68575) **office specialist and vice president of leasing at NTS Development Co. in Louisville, KY. Fluhr is responsible for the leasing of office, medical-office, office and warehouse, and retail property in the Louisville area for NTS Development Company. He has been involved in real estate transactions in a variety of roles totaling a gross volume in excess of $200 million since 2006. Fluhr is also a member of YREP Kentucky Chapter (Young Real Estate Professionals) and the Louisville Medical Group Management Association, and serves on the boards of the Kentucky Chapter for YREP, Louisville Energy Alliance, and CCIM organizations. Prior to joining NTS, he was a real estate analyst with Meridian Realty Investments, a company that oversees a nationwide portfolio of approximately $500 million of commercial real estate assets.
