SIOR's monthly member spotlight highlights an SIOR member who showcases an exemplary profile and has a strong engagement with the online community. This past month we focused on Damian M Rivera, SIOR, Industrial Specialist, president at National Account Services, E Smith Realty Partners in Dallas, Texas.

As president of National Account Services, Damian's responsibilities include managing, developing, and expanding corporate service teams nationally. Since 2013, he negotiated more than $250 million dollars in transactions including several notable U.S. corporate headquarters.

Damian specializes in tenant representation, distribution and logistics, brokerage management, sale/leasing, corporate services, and consulting. He was included on the Dallas Business Journal's "Heavy Hitters" list, and was also named a Power Broker in DallasCEO magazine and by CoStar. Damian also currently serves on the SIOR IBG working group.
