SIOR's monthly member spotlight highlights an SIOR member who showcases an exemplary profile and has a strong engagement with the online community. This past month we focused on Chris D. Bogenrief, SIOR, CCIM, MBA, office specialist and president at United Commercial, Sioux City, IA.

Chris Bogenrief was the top producing Realtor in the Sioux City market in 2010 and has been the market's first and second highest producing commercial broker since 2009. Chris has been involved in commercial real estate since 1995. Prior to founding United Commercial as president in July 2005, Chris was a commercial broker associate for Century 21 Davenport and Associates for two and a half years.

Prior to joining Century 21 Davenport in February 2003, Chris Bogenrief was marketing manager for Dakota Dunes Development Company in Dakota Dunes, S.D. Chris brought with him from Dakota Dunes nearly eight years of marketing and commercial real estate development experience. Chris also worked closely with economic development and government officials on local, state, and federal levels.
